Shipping

Since products are carefully handcrafted in small batches, please allow 2-4 days before the order is shipped. I make all of my products in very small batches, and as a result, there might be times when your order is slightly delayed because I am crafting the products fresh to fill your order. 

I use recycled and reclaimed bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and other packing materials. This is more sustainable than using virgin materials, and you may notice that some of your packaging materials don't seem brand new and might have signs of previous use. 

Please not that healing products are made fresh, but are sensitive to heat, freezing, and other weather conditions.  Due to the pure nature of my ingredients and the fact that I do not use synthetic preservatives, I cannot be held responsible for products that melt or are otherwise compromised by being left outside on a porch, mailbox, etc. Your products will arrive in better condition and will have a longer shelf life if you are present to receive your order or if you arrange to pick it up from the post office. All products are shipped fresh, and in good condition, but I cannot guarantee their integrity upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding. 

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order Cancellations and changes are not available. This is because I handcraft products in small batches, and oftentimes specifically for an order. Please be sure of your order when you place it. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that not all products will work for every one, and I make no claims about the remedy's effectiveness of using my products. Everyone's needs are unique and different, remedies work in different ways for different people. Finding the best herbal remedy can be a journey, but it is also very empowering.
