Standard Use:

Daily use:
Apply a few drops to clean, damp hair, and comb through. It is best to apply to hair length daily. The amount applied depends upon length and thickness of hair. You want enough to condition but not leave hair oily.
Weekly deep treatment:
Warm 1 tsp of oil in your hands and work into scalp and hair. It is not necessary to saturate hair with oil. Simply work it through from scalp to ends. Allow to set for 20-30 min. Wash thoroughly. For deeper conditioning, put hair in a plastic cap while oil is working. The plastic cap captures the heat and helps the oil to work deeper on your hair and scalp.
