Ingredients: Lemongrass, Blue Corn Flower, Oat Tops, Holy Basil, Rosehips, Hibiscus, Orange and Cinnamon.
How to Prepare: Prepare as an Infusion. Use between 1 Teaspoon & 1 Tablespoon (depending on desired strength) of dried herb per 8 oz of water. Place herbs in a container, pour boiling water over them, and quickly cover with a tight fitting lid. Let steep for 10-20 minutes, strain, & enjoy!
